Mission Statement
Seize the Days documents the stories of cancer patients and their loved ones adding life to their days.
The organization works to preserve the stories of cancer patients, their families, and friends adding life to their days. Each unique journey explores a meaningful way an individual changed and enhanced their lives in the face of a cancer diagnosis. Seize the Days preserves these stories through written and audio recording, and provides a repository to share and present them to others.
In recording the experiences of patients who have battled the disease, we hope to:
Honor
Recognize cancer patients, both living and deceased, and the ways they have made their days meaningful to them and those around them
Celebrate
Showcase the spirit and courage of cancer patients in order to inspire others
Remember
Provide patients and families an avenue through which they can share and memorialize their stories and those of their loved ones
